This bracelet is called Wild Wanderer. It’s made with matte multi-colour Amazonite crystal beads with a faux bronze feather charm. It shows the ever changing colours and beauty of the wild wanderer, whoever they may be and whatever adventure they may find themselves on. It also beautifully demonstrates the transitions of nature.
Amazonite connects one with their true thoughts and feelings in a balanced way and helps the wearer to stand in their truth. It creates a sense of peace with oneself and brings good omens for the journeys ahead. It is said to aid in healing and good health, especially after injury, muscle spasm, or trauma.
All bracelets are hand made with authentic crystal beads in so-called Vancouver, on xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) land.
All my bracelets are made for adults (they will not fit children). They’re made with 8mm beads and are sized to fit between 100 – 200 lbs. The higher the weight, the more snug the bracelet will sit. The worn pictures demonstrate how the bracelet looks on a 200lb+ wrist (I apologize for the lack of diversity – at this time I show them worn on my own wrist).
They are made with dual stretch elastic band so that they can roll on and off the wearer. If the bracelet is worn beyond its intended circumference (~200lbs), the elastic will stretch and show over time.
Bracelets are tied closed and reinforced so they cannot become untied. The tie is discretely visible (as seen in photos) and the bracelets are created so the tie will be on the inside of the wrist.
** If you see a bracelet you like and are over 200lbs please message me, as I can likely recreate it to fit your sizing.
These bracelets are fragile and are not meant to be worn during extreme physical activity or sports, child or animal play, etc. They will break if stretched beyond their limit or ripped by animal nails.
To protect your bracelet and ensure a longer life, be mindful to not leave it in the bottom of a purse where other items will wear against the beads. Matte beads can get marked more easily if hit against things. Note that costume jewelry like some of the charms can tarnish due to fragrance being sprayed on it, other jewelry rubbing on it, or skin oils.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be made.
I will personally deliver if you live within Vancouver. For those who live in the lower mainland personal delivery can be done for a small fee of $1-2. Otherwise, I offer shipping. When inquiring about purchase, I will ask for your mailing address so I can calculate shipping costs for you depending if you’d like standard post or tracked.
I retain proof of receipt and images/video of shipment and can provide it if needed.
Once an item is shipped, I do not have any further control as it is in the hands of Canada Post and any subsequent mailing authority depending on the recipients country.
Preserving nature is important to me. Where possible, I seek to reduce my impact on the environment. This can include recycled shipping materials. Currently I am working on finding a diverse and ethical collaboration company that will plant a tree with every purchase made.
10% of my yearly profits are given to Indigenous initiatives, acknowledging that I am a settler creating on their lands. My shop supports land back and I spend money each month supporting BIPOC creators, as well as continuing my education on decolonization and anti-racism daily. Black Lives Matter. All Children Matter.
